Your ARBA Travel Guest Account is automatically created once you have received a booking confirmation email from ARBA Travel. The email subject should contain "Trip Booking Confirmation" with details for your login.

This article covers the following problems during login;
First Time Login Error
If you are having problems logging in to your account and this is your first time logging in, we would usually recommend you to ensure that your log in details (email and password) are keyed in one by one to prevent error.
Your default log in ID and password is as per emailed to you earlier during your booking confirmation.
However, if you have correctly keyed in your login email and password and still can't log in, you may have encountered an account error. To assist you with your account, please contact our account support team at cs@arbatravel.com and we'll be most happy to assist you swiftly.
Note: If you can't locate your booking confirmation email contact our account support team and we'll be most happy to resend it back to you.
Forgotten Password
